Can I use my Ladbrokes phone account online?
Yes, any Ladbrokes account can be used across all our channels. Just enter your Account ID on our homepage and click on Login. Follow the instructions to set up your Password/PIN.
Can I use my Ladbrokes shop account online?
Yes, any Ladbrokes account can be used across all our channels. Just logon with the Account ID and the Password/PIN you currently use in-shop
What happens if I
forget my username or password?
If you do, simply contact our Customer Services team. A new username
or password will be set up for you once you have confirmed your Personal
Details with us. If we have issued you with a new password please
ensure you go through and update it as soon as possible to protect
the confidentiality of your account.
How do I deposit funds?
The minimum deposit is £10 (or equivalent). To deposit funds click
on the 'Your Account' button at the top of the screen. Then click
on Deposit. This will take you through to the card registration screen
where you will need to enter your card details and submit the amount
you wish to deposit.
How will the deposits
to my Ladbrokes account appear on my bank statement?
The transfer of money to your ladbrokes.com account will appear as
Ladbrokes.com on your payment card statement.
Can I use more than
one payment card?
No - you can only register one payment card to your account.
Can I change the payment
card registered to my account?
If you wish to change the card you have registered with us you must
withdraw any outstanding funds back to the original card. Once the
balance is zero contact us at Customer Services and after checking
a few Personal Details with you we will reset your account to allow
you to register a new card.
This procedure ensures that we are able to protect the confidentiality
of your account and minimise the risk of fraud.
What if I no longer
wish to use my account?
You have two options:
1) If you wish to close your account, with an option to re-open it
at any time, please either call Customer Services on 0800 731 41 71
or e-mail us at care@ladbrokes.com.
2) If you no longer wish to use your account with us, you can instruct
us to exclude you from participation be sending us an email to optout@ladbrokes.com.
Usage of this facility will result in your account being blocked and
no wagers being processed from you. Any account that is blocked through
use of this facility cannot be reactivated for a minimum of 6 months.
Any other accounts that you hold will also be blocked.
